How To Change Load Order Fallout 3

Hello,
in the readme of some mods i read that i could/should use fomm to change the load order of the mods and that i could employ fomm equally a louncher.

I took a look at it but was non able to effigy out how to change the load order. For Oblivion you lot could just movement the mods up or down in the list. I could not notice something similar in fomm.

Does anyone know how this works?

neither was i, but u can change information technology manually from going to your appdata/locale/fallout 3 folder and modifying plugins.ini
mine lookslike :

C:\Users\loginname\AppData\Local\Fallout3

on vista.

Drag and driblet. Agree the mouse down over the mod you want to move, drag it where y'all want it and let go.If fallout iii behaves similar oblivion, mod load order is non based on plugins.txt; it'south based on the last modified timestamp of the esp. plugins.txt was mearly a list of which plugins to load. (I haven't actually checked what fallout does, and then if yous know something that I don't allow me know. )
Yous tin can merely movement them in Fomm up and down, but past dragging them.
The orginal datalauncher however is stupid and will load them in alphabetical order once again as presently as you use it. You can simply rename the mods, similar: aa no god mode vats, ab modernistic-ten
this manner the fallout launcher will load them your desired manner. or yous use fomm everytime you want to play f3
